Reserving your appointment
Upon booking your hair appointment, a working credit card number will be kept on file. That’s the only way appointments are officially booked and reserved.
Attendance Policy
My livelihood, time, talent, and skillsets are valuable. Rescheduling within a 48-hour period can avoid any cancellation fees and provides me the opportunity to fill your spot. Any client that has to reschedule up to 2 times from the first initial appointment will be charged 100% of the original service. It’s understood that life happens to all of us. I would appreciate that the time we set aside for your appointment is respected.
Unification Policy
I’m a firm believer in unity, kindness and respect. I don’t partake in division of any kind. With that being said: gossip, slander, racism, slandering of other businesses, individuals, or family members won’t be tolerated. I also ask that you please be mindful of your surroundings and refrain from the use of profanity. I appreciate everyone being open and having a positive mindset during the time of your appointment.
