Can I work while getting my hair done?

Absolutely! My station has all the outlets, and we have free wifi at the salon. We just ask that you keep conference calls to a minimum upon booking your appointment or bring your head phones so it doesn’t affect color placement or shampooing.

If I am coming from another salon can I use my current hair extensions?

Please fill out the Hair Extensions form, we will respond within 24-48 hours and connect with you for more information.

Is IBE the only extension method you offer?

IBE is our primary extension method, however, we do have stylists certified in other hand tied methods along with tape and fusion extensions.

Do I have to have a consultation in person before I can book an appointment?

The only time we require an in-person consultation is for hair extensions. Once you fill out the New Client form or the Hair Extensions form, we will respond within 24-48 hours and connect with you to let you know what’s available.

What is your preferred method of payment?

We accept credit card, cash, Venmo, or Zelle. No checks please!

Is there a refund policy?

Can I bring children to my hair appointment?

We kindly ask that children are not present during services. Sometimes children require attention and can make our appointment run longer than expected, and I do double book. However, if you are a new mom and are breastfeeding, you are more than welcome to bring your new baby or pump during your appointment.

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things have to be tweaked when it comes to color or extension services. Sometimes we may have to apply a different toner or stitch something down or adjust placement of an extension. The Blonde Collective Hair Co. does not offer refunds of any kind; however, we want you to be satisfied with your service. If you contact your stylist in the period of 7 days after the service is performed, any adjustments can be made. We want you to be fully satisfied with your provider and your service.
